You're wrong.
Yay for big red text, how about pink?
You're wrong.
Meh, not so good.
Aaaaanyway...
Two brands of albums you should definitely check out are Hardcore Underground and Crush On Hardcore - the former underpriced, the latter free. They showcase the full variety of today's UK hardcore and you will more than likely find something for yourself there!

IMO, its of similar BPM, but it is nothing like what i call 'proper' hardcore.
Some of it has the classic elements in there, female vocal, piano melodies etc, but then someone seems to have gone bananas on the synths and gave it a horrible beat and made it go wrong.
So, am i alone in despising these new attempts that i like to call shitcore, or am i just living in the past lol.
Just got around to listening to the tracks you posted, and have to agree those first 3 are hideous. However, you have also posted 2 horrible mixes; That love of my life remix is horrible the original and juicy cuts remix are much better. Also the 2 versions of Shooting Star on the original vinyl are much better than the one you posted, sorry.
Even though I'm oldschool and prefer Hardcore and Happy Hardcore from 1991-1998 there have still been great tracks in the past few years, you just have to look a lot harder and sift through the endless crap. Here's a few quality and happy tracks that I like that's been released over the past few years. Listen to this a couple of times and if you don't think it's an absolute belter there's something wrong with you ;-)
This one is extremely happy, another great track
Others well worth a listen are:- Getting Better Draw to you (I prefer the original to the CUBE:Hard mix) Slide Away Heatbeat Dance (recon remix) Making me wann dance (original, not the crap sy and unknown mix)
P.S. Sorry about all the youtube links, got to work early and had time to kill ;-)

New 'hardcore' what does everyone else think.
I think it has a shocking amount of discussion around it. It's probably the 2nd most discussed topic after "who misses the old hardcore". But do continue with the chat

CXH5 was mostly shit, but I like a few tracks and the Walk on water track was ace.

I like modern Clubcore, and the 3 tracks mentionned in the first post. Music I Love stands out as clearly amazing though, and I can attest it is a major dancefloor shaker.
As other already said, if the commercial side of Hardcore isn't your cup of tea, I think you should explore other facets or the music instead of complaining about it.
These old tracks you posted are amazing as well, except for the Unique mix of Shooting Star. It is time to move on though, these overplayed anthems had their time to shine, and I rather explore some new music.
Lawlzy: l'm liking the music you post, but I could do without the furries :P
