i belive that england is now in fit shape 2 win the english world cup glory, i have had my doughts before but now im like a 100% certain they will win.

England will never win it with Sven Goran Erikson in charge, the funny thing is they have the players to win it aswell, another reason you wont win is because of Brazil, did anyone watch them play in the confedarations cup? Simply Amazing is all im saying, Adriano is a one man tank, imo Brazil are back to there best.

It's so true.
We have the players to win it though, I don't think Sven is the right man to lead them though, too defensive e.g. in Euros. It's no good trying to hold on to a one goal lead, we just can't do it. And Beckham as well, get little SWP in the team, he's got more skill in his little toe.

i have got a very good feelin about it, if we cant get at least to the semi's with the team we have then there will never be hope!
Sven just needs to shove a rocket up his arse n then he might start layin into thye players to give them summt to burn off! there again he might just like that sort of thing!

I think we have defo got the talent to win it, but it's the same situation as with Newcastle, they can't go that extra distance from good to awesome. I want it to happen but I just can't see it. Brazil and Argentina have been awesome lately. Adriano is indeed a one man tank. I think if Spain got it together, they could be one of the best teams in the world. There is so much talent but i think they are even worse than us for underachieving. SWP should defo replace Beckham imo. Lets get Scholes and Shearer back!!!

Spain have so many brilliant youngsters coming through the ranks, the problem with Spain in my opinon is they are all primadonnas who think they can do it there self.

Ooooooh a bit of early World Cup fever, love it! I think England have got one of the best chances this time around than we have for 20 years, but to be fair i always think that before a tournament.
Frank Lampards gonna be the one to watch though, what a player he could be for us.
Realisticly though, who the hells gonna stop Brazil lol.
