i'm in a very pissed off mood so this may not make much sense but thot i would get your thoughts on this situation i find myself in
yesterdai i found out a mate of mi was getting a community care grant from the local council he's gettin his whole flat furnished etc for nothing and he's just been released from prison now i've been trying to get something like this for 5 years and the most i got was a 348 budgeting loan from the dole which got me ****all pretty much in 5 years of trying i have had to deal with a peadophile living in my block and a shitload of other things that would make a lot of people give up and call it quits plus i had to live for 9 months on less than what people on jsa would get so you could say i've had it rough i'm mentally disabled aswell but people still refuse to help
i just can't understand why the council would help someone who's just been released from jail and not help someone with mental health problems is this fair???
i feel like going to my local council office and going off my nut at them because this is completley out of order

considering what you have posted now it seems to be a clear and strange case...
if they refuse to help you when you are not able to work, then it's wrong (not judging but I guess they refuse to help because of your low mental illness degree - even though I don't have real facts, that's at least what I can tell from your appearance over the internet... NOT DEFENDING them btw.).
not sure if human right organisations could help in this matter but try to call Human Rights Watch

it really is just phoned the council and got put on hold for an hour i'm raging because everytime i get paid all i can spend my money on is food (does smartprice crap count as food???) electric and shit for decorating and with shit costing so much plus having to pay back the budgeting loan i'm left with pennies afterwards and this ****er gets his flat fully furnished washing machine bed carpets sofa etc and he dnt have to pay a pennie
i'm defo gonna go and have a face to face with someone from the council and god help them if they don't give me what i want hell i had to wait 5 years just to get a shitty fireplace fitted in my flat i have a gas bill of 300+ to pay and the money i got for the budgeting loan got me laminate for my living room and that was it gone (and it was the cheapest shit there)
i hate the fact that my life is dominated by money and this dick gets shit for free it makes no sense if he can get all that shit for free then surely i should aswell coz i'm in a much worse situation than him he's just a stupid **** who got put in jail after he broke into a reseraunt just to steal 4 sachets of mayo to put on his noodles when he was drunk thats how ****ed up this is and thats why i'm so pissed off

the guys a twit he only just got outta jail for calling a shopkeeper (who i'm good friends with) a terrorist after he was caught stealing
i'll need more than good luck lol i never really have much luck in these kind of situations

How on earth does someone get put in jail for that? Lol.
You should also know that the government doesn't give people money based on their personal feelings towards them so it really doesn't matter what you say. If he gets money and you don't then it's because of a technicality. If people got given money based on personal preference then it would be an unfair system, even more unfair than it appears to be now.

Don't know him or degree of mental issue but his family or/and friends are maybe not able to help him and I guess he can't work either.

of course it's right. im a part time scally myself, no work atm and get my flat paid as well and some benefits. i don't give a shit what the others say.
however if he is paedo thats deffo not ok. but the legal system is, that everyone deserves a 2nd chance, even murders. so i dont think you ll have luck if you complain. only after this paedo does another crime then yes ofc. but before? no way...

so wait a sec your saying it's right that a racist thief who is just out of jail deserves to have carpets furniture etc given to him for free rather than me...a guy who has no carpets a fridge freezer thats broken a cooker with only one working ring no washing machine and has been thru hell with very little money or way of sorting out the situation i find myself in...that is the biggest pile of ******** i have ever heard

can you not get appointment at your local CAB regarding your other issues?

so what?! all i had in my flat first was a mattress on the floor to sleep on and 2 cartons were my table....
not for 5 years, but for 3,5... and that was a time when i did 2 jobs on a how is it called below minimum wage basis where i had to work 60 hours total and got basically nothing to live on... this was a time which has seen my parents and my sister all of them having good jobs and a big 4 room flat, my dad didn't even work and got that flat immediately.
mine is just 1 room and 1 bathroom (shower only).
the problem - and i had difficulties to accept that till half a year ago - is that life is just not fair. never is. all you can do is stop being frustrated and look for the good things. i find it by now very fascinating to buy cheap products and go out finding good discounts. it's probably the same way others love to get a new car and so on.
i also made that issue once in front of the police, another time in front of the labour-agencies that if they don't do anything to make my situation better, i will become criminal and steal money because that's the logical consequence....
but at the end of the day, you can't do much. i hope you are just being ironic that you bash drug users because regarding your username you are one yourself....
with regarding to mental issues.... i don't know how you would expect them to help you. better NOT going to hospital, they will load you up with psychopharmacas with lots of side-effects and shit. been there done that. never again.
have a look what the supplement market offers and give it a try. 5htp, rhodiola, whatever. they all helped me to focus better and get stuff done.
going to a gym and work-out as long as you get many muscles helped me extremely well. it also improves state of mind and kills depressions and bad mood and anger.
i know its easy to talk now from my situation, but i had 4700 euros debt 4 years ago and its down to 0 just now. there has been a substantial time when all my food were dry pasta with a bit of olive oil. and oats. and water.
i hope your situation improves and luck turns towards you, you look like needing it.
