SCOOTER are pretty well Known for doing happy hardcore. But are sticking with Jump Style and Hard Trance crap these days.
CASIO BROTHERS - Great happy hardcore act. Goes under the real name Mark Sherry, does boring hard dance now.

while scooter are more well-known for doing happy hardcore, i wouldn't classify them specifically to happy hardcore artists. they're mainstream electronic artists.

had vocal trance been the more popular genre when they first formed, they would've capitalized that instead of hhc. they usually produce what's extremely popular atm or what's going to become extremely popular in the months. many of their tracks are catchy, but not very original, but i do have to say they do a great job of marketing their music and taking advantage of the music trends.

btw they have an updated version of Friends that is soon to be released, quite possibly they could be going back to uk hardcore with their upcoming album
