YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE PIRATE MUSIC?!?!? By your logic, that makes it okay. And guess what, those samples you pirate... not all the companies that make them are rich and big, many of them probably don't make as much as any producer would, so really THINK, and analyze what you're saying.
I don't think B4L should pirate hardcore, but you're worse, not for pirating the software (it's all the same, music from a small producer, software from a big (or small) company, movies, games, it doesn't ****ing matter, pirating is pirating), but for pirating software and somehow convincing yourself that it's any morally better than pirating the music.
