Nothing new... this song is the absolute worst I've found though... it's not even like it's a short sample, its THE song's riff.

Why are you so mad? 1) Alice Dejay is credited in the full track credits in the album booklet, and 2) it's a sample, if you put the name of the original tune sampled from in every rap song, you'd see Eminem Ft. Queen, or Joe Budden Ft. Phil Collins... doesn't quite work like that. Would you see Auscore & Masato Nakamura (composer for the original sonic games) - Bridge Zone? No, because he's only using samples.

I can deal with samples, that's one thing. But when you just use a whole song and show no credit to the original composer, it pisses me off a little. Like that video that latin posted, they even use the vocals, and that's a definite line that shouldn't be crossed. A riff is one thing, but when you use the original vocals by the original singer it really should say feat.
For instance, in the song "Stan" it's Eminem Feat. Dido, because he straight up used her song as the chorus of his, she was credited. Also, I'm so pissed off because rap is declining at an alarming rate. It started off with idiots who didn't rhyme, make sense, or even sound good (like Lil Wayne... absolute garbage) and now it's apparently regressed to the point where they don't even produce original tunes anymore, or even pay producers to do it... they just jack it from an unpopular genre such as hardcore and call it their own.
