I probs prefer new stuff although I would say around 2004/5 was the best time. Some good hardcore from most years though.

i stopped buying the modern shit after bonkers 12 came out. I support hardtek now as it's better even tho it can't beat oldskool mid 90s breakbeat + kick hardcore

To be honest i like New hardcore a bit better than i like oldskool for one simple reason. With new hardcore when a certain label will release there tracks, you know there gonna be good if you enjoyed the tracks before the new ones.

Oldskool though, producers make about 4 or 5 tracks then that's it you never hear from them again, the best oldskool producers, have made some good tracks but thats it you never hear from them again. For example Shadow K, well it's not really oldskool but.

As long as you like what you listen to, does it really matter what era or time period or what style or genre of music it is? Just enjoy it.

Didn't we all agree to stop being trollbait?

Let it die, people.
