No ****ing way! How dare he! I demand Lumin8's head on a plinth, immediately! I shall round up a posse and we shall find this disgusting, vile excuse for a human being.... if he is indeed human.
I hope his parents are proud to know they have raised such a beast.
settle down man! its not stolen or anything. Bloody hell you people..
Its even called Rivers Flow In You, isnt that OBVIOUS enough that its a remake of the original RIVERS FLOW IN YOU... oh geee what a suprise!!
Sarcasm, pal, look into it.
This.
I don't think i could have laid it on any thicker and yet it still escaped some lol

Clearling things up ,
Yiruma - Rivers Flow In You was a piano composition from a part of the movie Twilight. Obviously not Lumin8's version.
I have never said that Lumin8 wrote this himself or took original credit, so whoever thinks it was his original is wrong and hasn't probably even checked out anything to do with the track online as everywhere i'vep osted about it , it is noted that it's a remake ..

However your sarcasm is extremely legitimate!

I must admit, I've had similar happen to me. I certainly wouldn't say it's equal to "finding out your girlfriend is cheating you," maybe more like having your girlfriend slam a door on you. Usually the offenders have been ones with grade A melodies/vocals (surprise).
Of course there are several cases where I've felt the opposite, with the hardcore version being a (in my opinion) vast improvement over the original (Insomniak and Technorocker just as two examples).

Wow, how could you not know?
Think he has written somewhere that it is a remix of the twilight theme...
Found it:
Video posted from his youtube account.

Also, is it just me, or does anyone else find Rivers Flow In You very hard to mix into? Maybe it's just my lack of mixing skills, but no matter what tune I try it with, it always sounds awful. I can mix out of it easily enough though.

Sendaii, i am glad you mentioned that. I thought this thread was going to be about the quality of the mp3 not that its a remake from a film. I was gutted when i went to mix this track the levels are all over the place and it just sounds too quiet in comparison to other mp3s ive bought. so annoying because when i first heard the track i had it on repeat for about two hours, its one of the best tunes ive ever heard. But now i dont mix it cus it just sounds gash.
Im not moaning about lumin8s mastering skills cus i will assume he doesnt have a mega sick studio like top tier producers so it cant be helped, just is so gutting cus i love the tune.
however, i see rivers flow in you is on the tracklisting for HU4 so it will have been re-mastered im guessing so maybe AWF could put the re-mastered version up for sale cus i would definitly buy it again so i have a good copy :)
just a thought...
