i went to a rave last nite and i thought to myself, rite im gonna go to this rave a straight head and stay like it cuz i was skint.
but when i was in there i couldt help it, i needed some gernerz. so i rang my m8 up and layed on.
so im just sayin lyke, in it hard to stay off pills when u go to a rave.

he didnt have any money, so went to a rave with the idea he wasnt going to spend and money on pills, he was going to stay straight headed. but when he got there he couldnt help himself so he phoned up his mate and got him to lend him the pills
so he is just saying isnt it hard to go to a rave and not get pilled up...

Bristol, give it another shot without pills. Its hard to quit drugs, but if ya can't do it for the music.... why do it at all?

Not really. If the pills are more important than the music, then maybe you should find another hobby.

just try stomping or really focus on the music and the dj's, i don't need drugs to enjoy a rave, sure they help to feel good, enjoy the ppl and stuff but just try harder, you'll get there.

I have to agree with bristol if i'm not wanting to do pills i wouldnt go to an all night rave, just too many temptations.
It's happened to me loadsa times plan to just have a few drinks, then after a few drinks go down pills get put in front of you and your willpower goes.
With my mates sometimes get forcefed them more than anything lol.
Anno loadsa people who rave every weekend and never touch drugs, there far more hardcore than me as far as going outs concerned.
But when your used to always doing them when your at raves, if you want a night off pills a raves not the place to go.
And to all the "if your real hardcore you dont need drugs" people, it's not exactly like that is it.
I listen to bouncy techno/gabber/speedcore every day, i dj, i'm trying to learn to produce and i definitely dont need to be wrecked to enjoy it.
Just at times when i'm not taking pills an all night rave fulla madheads and drugs everywhere is not where i'd go, i'd be chillin in the flat or havin a couple jars at pub.

Most rave drugs are 'mind enhancing'.
How many users actually take the opportunity to 'enhance' their minds?
imo, they waste them for a simple, pointless and very basic physical buzz.

I know that one from past experience, when I was taking them or when I used to kid myself saying I wouldn't take them, and they were offerd to me I'd snap them up. I'd wake up the next day wishing I hadn't done them, no willpower when it's there for your taking 
Now I can easily go out to bars & raves and not even think about touching them. Now when I'm offred them I can say no, it doesn't ruin my night not having them. They waste your brain to much for my liking, I'd rather remember seeing Sy or Luna-C ect playing live rather than just knowing I'd seen them because I had a ticket to the event.

If you think mdma is just a "very basic physical buzz" I think you need to do some research before you judge people that take it, because you obviously don't have a clue.

I find it very hard to have none because I'm not very fit. I can only dance for about 20 minutes without them unless I slow right down, but then I don't have as much fun (because I'm not dancing how I want to). I want to dance how I want to dance and they help me do that.

True. I assumed you weren't getting through like 15 (depends how much is in each pill but for the average dose 15 is ridiculous) or more in a night though.
