Yup the exes partners family have given me nothing but grief for a while now! Even my daughter who's 11 got threatened yesterday so i had to defend myself as a girl of my age kept calling me a 'Bag head' slang for heroin user which i certainly am not!
She went for me so i had her on the floor holding her down and screaming at her!
Then the daft cow phones the police to say i had assaulted her even though she went for me!
Anyway been to give a statement to the police this morning and the woman writing the statement says 'do you want us to go round and have a word just for sake of a bit of hair pulling?
fook me i rang the police 5pm last nite and decided to go to the station myself as no one came to see me last nite just because i wasnt injured!
Anyways i have asked the police to go round to tell the family to leave me alone!
I wont hold my breath!

similar thing has happened to a friends of mine before, but it was a little more serious. basically the police don't want to be involved unless they absolutely have to becasue they see it as a waste of their time. if she had stabbed u then "oh my god how terrible you're nicked!" but their theory of crime prevention is bolox. unless something serious happens they don't wanna know

yeah the cops these days seem to be more interested in catching speding motorists than assaults!
Its not the first time i have had the police invoved with this family.A few weks ago one of the members a 17year old indecently exposed himself across the road from me. He got a caution! 'slap on the wrist'

His mother tryed to justify him saying 'at least the kids didnt see him do it'

To be fair, there is not a lot that they can do.
Although they should be trying to prevent crime.

sadly its true though cos mostly it is a waste of there time, a lot of people including myself just dont like going to court about things.
I coulda got loadsa cash for one thing that happened but i didnt want to go to court and grass him in, even though he was in the wrong it jus wasnt the done thing round my way.
Police hounded me for days i just kept tellin them to f*ck off, i understand now why they did it cos they wanted him off streets. But at same time i've got family to look out for and with some people this shit would never end.
But with you having kids and that threatened kathryn they really should see it as serious, but unless your prepared to take it through theres not a lot they can do.
Police time gets wasted all the time for domestics, people get folk charged then make up and drop the charges.
Hope you and your family stays safe kath bud, just keep hasslin the cops to do somethin about it and next time make sure your the one that phones.

at the end of the day if u have no evidence is your word against theirs n the police would rather let u sort it out yourself. u cant blame em if they don't kno the facts but sometimes they're just plain ingorant
lyk at the fair 2 weeks back, i got a pink ticket for "looking suspicious by motorcycle" i kid u not, i could scan it in if u want. later that evening 5 peoples started smackin the shit out of me while 3 officers stood, watched and walked away. how are people supposed 2 respect the police with that level of disinterest?

i'm not surprised, but they really should sort this out 4 the sake of ur kids if nothin else, it's not fair on them or yourself. just explain that u see them as a threat 2 ur children and u want them not 2 be able 2 have contact 2 them or u in any way. an injunction sounds sensible but you need good grounds for it

Bah! Keep a diray of thinmgs that happen! That would help in court. Also tell the papers then you wopuld get the public on your side! Then they would keep there head down before they get bricks through windows!
The same sort of thing happened down my area once, some kids jumped some blocke (now they are caged like the ****s they are) and wonderd why they got death threats! The public stand up for the public and if it is 'too much work for the police' they would let the public win against evil!

my next door neighbour rang the police as soon as the girl went for me!
she is also giving a statement to them as well!
doubt that it will go to court!
I left a violent partner fled to this area and now have to put up with this shite!
thats why i said in an early thread i would love to move as my kids get picked on!
council are no better!
u know i nearly got taken to court cos my grass was just under a foot in height!
got it cut but ending up in court is stupid!

Well, Parkstone is very anti crime and the slightest wrong doing gets people on the phone to the cops! We have done well with getting more police to cover Branksome Recreation Ground as that was a bad area at one time! True, Manchester has it's problems but there will always be other people around who have had or going through the same or simular things!

I thought all of this was sorted out, you need to get back intouch with victim support and tell them whats been happening. At the end of the day it's harassment and no one should have to live their life like that.

my advice is to go around her house and smash her face in, im sure she wont be callin ur a crack edd again after that.
as for old bill, f.uck em all they will do is take you a court and u will get a fine. it wont be much but it will be worth it in the end when they leave you alone.
(simple as) thats how things should be sorted out, not by pressin charges cuz like i said all they will get is a caution or a fine for doin something like that.

Two wrongs don't make a right! I mean this woman seems nuts and if Kathyrn fights back then any chance of justice would be lost! Sure the justice system sucks but it's best to make do with as much of it as we can rather than jumping in and letting the loosers have somthing to complain about!
