I was told the same thing, then realised that force and styles would no way murder their tunes (ok styles has with pop-trance remixes of his nu-skool stuff)
If you liked this post why not get up and do a dance in honour of it.
Commercial remix of Heartbeatz anyone? Styles is hardly the poster child of hardcore, he has crossed over the the darkside. But yeah, Force hasn't massacred any of his songs yet. I don't mind some of Flip & Fill, but they definitely don't sound like Force & Styles.

Um, darkside, of course. After all, he's not helping to promote hardcore with a CD on Clubland X Treme. Yeah, how could I not see that.
Mixing a CD compilation is one of the greatest honours a hardcore DJ could get.

Oh of course, if a hardcore artist makes a non-hardcore mix of a dance track that pure evil, but if hardcore makes a mix/rip of a non-hardcore track, its pure genious. Ala, the theme. That the most recent example. Others include, Worlds Apart, Come in my dreams and even Sweet Release.

hell if you don't like the slower versions of B&S songs, hell don't listen to them
it is there song and they obviously wanted to make some money, why is it as soon as a hardcore producer/DJ does one commericial, non-hardcore song they are percieved as the anti-christ
listen to it, judge your own opinion (not neccersarily bad 'because it is not hardcore', you have got to listen to more than just hardcore)
if you don't like it go on your way, if you like it, listen to it
that simple
'Come show me your hardcore feelings, With your raving feelings, Cos i don't know the way to groove, I've never learnt to dance this fast and i don't know the how to move....'

I can appreciate everything you are saying ryg0r and SixFeet. I wasn't trying to bad mouth Breeze & Styles or any hardcore artists that make commercial remixes. Personally, I don't like them, but that's exactly why I don't listen to them. And yeah, I do listen to much more than hardcore, I listen to Hard Trance, Hard House, Breaks, Gabber... lots of different genres, I just don't like th commercial stuff.
I wasn't asking for a flame, I was just commenting that Styles has in fact made commercial remixes, because someone mentioned that Flip & Fill made trashy remixes of Force & Styles songs, but that they would never do it to their own. If you took my use of "dark side" the wrong way, then I apologise, it was just a term meant in good jest, not to call Styles evil, the anti-christ or what have you.

You can't just knock music because you don't like that particular style I don’t listen to any sort of commercial club at all but I don't knock it because generally it is professionally produced and of a high standard even if its not my cuppa. I'm not having a go at anyone it's just I & everyone else on this site I imagine always have to argue so hard with people that they can't just knock the music we listen to cus it's not there type of thing so why should we do it to them?

Exactly, and I agree. I always am irritated by all the "I hate Gabber" threads that pop up as well, I never meant to knock any genre. I think what I said has been misinterpreted... or I've written it poorly so that noone has properly understood what I meant. Regardless, I should drop it. I think I've led this post off topic enough as it is.
