The ones released on AATW are not commercial Hardcore, they are Trance.

I don't like what they're doing either. Some of the releases on AATW have hardcore mixes on em. It just not right, hardcore is supposed to be underground not commercial shit! I really do wish B & S would stop selling out like this.

power of love came out in '94 as a eurodance song.
it wasn't hardcore until 3 years after.

Power of love got remixed and released going on two years ago on AATW - it was done by the original artist too.
Fly away has recently had new trance remixes done - released on power station records...there was a scouse house rip of it done by 'AMP' on Ace records about 2/3 months ago.

Correct me if i'm wrong...but I do believe there is a "Comercial" version of 'til the day' coming out too.....At the end of the day....everyone knows that it isn't easy to make music from solely producing money....How else are they to make a living?
If I was in their position....i'd probably to the same just to keep them happy...and of course...the money.
I don't like it-so I do't listen to it. But I do think that they could put the tunes across to everyone a bit better. I once heard a comercial version of 'Discoland'....properly made me cringe...but some people loved it...and sang along to the hardcore version once it was played.
Best of luck to breeze and styles.
-Can't say fairer than that after they brought us tunes like 'Skydivin' and 'Future Shining'....

if it brings new people into our scene theres no harm in it. I got into hardcore way back in the early 90's through the likes of Seseme's Treat, trip to trumpton and so forth. All sell out commercial tunes of the time but it got me into the real deal.
