Today i got and plugged my old computer in and i was cruising over the internet and i was playing all these classic trance choons that i well downloaded 2 years of the net before i knew anything about the scene and before i started Djing. And i F@rken tell you what they are so wicked.
Tunes like BT - Dreaming and Perpetuous Dreamer - Sound of goodbye and Lange - Drifting Away
I couldnt stop from grooven along. So on that note i have decided to start collecting trance as well! SALEKTA

Ahhh, i have that single, although it only has the 5min long BT mix,
the single wheres the 9 min long version is pretty hard to find...
My favourite trance tune is Malixx - Echoes Of Lyra (RMB Remix)
i also like Ayla and stuff like that, it gives a good variety when listening Hardcore...

yeah i've just started compiling my own classic trance albums, tunes from 1998-2000, such as
jupiter prime - dreamphase
antarctia - return to reality
dutch force - till midnight
formentera - tears
lightforce - join me
katana - silence
i have to say they dont make em like they used to

What do you mean the 9 min mix is hard to find???
Just get "Movement in Still Life", either on Vinyl on CD.
But its true, nowadays they churn out trance like the churn out big macs. Each trying to be epic, but no quite there.

Yes I agree, you won't have much fun collecting trance.......Why not do something more fulfilling, start a stamp collection instead  .

I likemy trance but i must say it does get a bit boring sometimes.

Some old trance is really good... I actually rather liked MoS's Trance Nation America CD back in the day... Klein Abner Doctor and Opera (Becket's Phantoms Only Remix) were quality!
