What would be good synth plugins, sample packs, kicks etc for creating Happy Hardcore tracks that sound like what Dougal, Gammer, Re-Con, Hixxy, Scott Brown, Sharkey, Breeze & Styles etc produced in 2004-2006 era (ie DJ Ravine mixes from 2007-2012, Bonkers albums, https://www.discogs.com/Various-Xclusive-Happy-Hardcore/release/1253542 etc)

Z3ta, Refx Vanguard, absynth and V-station were mentioned a lot back in those days. To me there's another defining aspect of the sound back from that era and that is that they were made in 32-bit DAWs. Windows XP, for example, only supported 2 gigs of RAM for program usage. People had to be creative within those limitations and to me that says a lot about the sound from that era.
