Although the vocals have been used quite a few times I would have thought the one you're looking for is probably Monty & D-Skys - You Had It.

The Over part of the vocals i thought was Oh Boy and that is what the track is called i have it on Cheeky Bits Vol 3 Cat no. Bitz003
