'Why does the UK love the CDJ100's? They are the cheapest model on the market?'
From what I understand, because it's very good value haing all the features you need, and this particular model is (or has been for a while I dnt know :) used in a lot of clubs.

A few months ago I asked a touring UK DJ about them (he spins on nothing else), and his response was that the 100 does all the important stuff (ie. playing the damn track) better than the other models higher up in the Pioneer range.

I wouldn't buy the Pioneer CDJ100's, You'd be better buying a pair of the old CDJ500 Mk11 CD decks. They're much better cos they've got looping on them, they might be the size of a house but I love them. I dont think the CDJ100's are good value for money+ I hate stupid front loading CD decks.
