the average speed is 6 -> 10 MB/s for copying 60GB onto it

you can use http://www.partitionwizard.com/ to make it fat32, delete/create/apply
works in tv and blu-ray players etc

I'd be flabbergasted if that wasn't a much smaller USB with hacked firmware to show 500GB.
