basics is the same, you get a direct drive wind turbine dynamo, take the blades off, and put a custom electric motor with the right torque and RPM, to have a small loop back of power to make it perpetual, which then you loose a few hundred watts to power the motor, which generates the electric
wind turbines for wind farms generate maximum power at 20 RPM
then you wrap the motor in thermoelectric peltiers to regain the lost power and put it back in the loop
once its running at 20 RPM its perpetual, you just need some external power to start it up, which can be solar power charging a battery cell, or your wall, or another whined up dynamo

i would seriously love to see all this in the flesh. my mind is better at the theoretical/metaphysical weird esoteric aspects than the actual raw mechanics and machine/tool building. alot of people with some really good ideas; never try for that patent though lol..... glad to see you share some of the same eccentricities; keep up the good fight ;)
