Greetinx.
I'm looking for a bassdrum sample. More specifically, the bassdrum used in "Neck Breaka" and "Definition of a BadBoy", all most all of Scott Brown's new tunes.
Its a tight "Dioup!", doesn't sound like a typical 909 Bassdrum.
PS: (This could be old news, and no-body might care) The vocal samples from "Neck Breaka" are from Dr Dre's "Still D.R.E".

I tried all 3 links and nothing happened. Maybe freeservers took the files off.

Try that program...called "Stomper" you can make some wikkid gabberish beats with it. Set the initial pitch to high if you want the kind of kick you mentioned.

Sorry, this is mad, but I'm not after a gabber bass drum and they're easy to make - just distort any bassdrum.
Stomper is pretty mad. but i want that bassrdum from Definiton of a badboy.

Hmmm..... I use a program called Magix Music Maker 7 and it can produce a drum sound some what like the one from "Difinition of a Badboy" Try that or try Fruity Loops 3 it's got a lot of drum samples that can be modified.....and lots of OSC3 building can be done on it to boot.

An excellent point - Magix is way to rigid, but its "drum machine" or rather looper and slicer is friken mad.
I'm using FLP3, and I can't find the "right" bassdrum, but I've found substitutes.
I think there should be a corner for posting techniques on using particular pieces of software, tweaking whatever manner of equipment, and samples or presets. For the n00bs.
