A 55-minute mix of Hard Trance slammers from 1998 - 2002. Expect a banging, euphoric 140bpm set with a hint of Hard Techno & Early Hardstyle to keep things interesting!

1. Tomcraft vs Sunbeam - Versus
2. Allure - When She Left (Wavestate Remix)
3. Cosmic Gate - The Wave
4. Tillman Uhrmacher - Bass Fly (Club Mix)
5. Bush - Cosmic Vibes
6. S.H.O.K.K. - Folie a Deux (Klub Mix)
7. Schwarze Puppen - Tanz (Skysurfer Remix)
8. Accuface - Let Your Mind Fly (DJ Dean Remix)
9. Joy Kitikonti - Joy Energizer
10 K-Traxx - Noise Tool (Technoboy Remix)

Apologies guys, my fault! All links should be working now.
Hard2Get, I'm glad you enjoyed mate. I've got 15 sets now on House-mixes although they cover a few different styles. See the below link (hope it works) if you want to have a listen to any more!

Folie a deux is one of my favourite hard trance tracks ever made.

actually I've always thought of that track as a Trance rather than 'hard trance' track.
My fave hard trance would be 'Cocaine' by Yakooza or 'Stronger' also by Yakooza.

Well it certainly doesn't have the tech edge that Derb and Scot Project perfected, but is far harder than anything by Tracid. Imo it is certainly hard trance and played alongside the best of the hardtrance tracks. And I haven't finished this mix yet, about 3/4 through, but so far it's the hardest of the selection. Getting up to the business end now though.

It is very specifically Hard Trance to me. If i had to define Hard Trance it would be the kind of tune I'd use. Trance isn't anywhere near that hard generally.

I'd probably go with Bas and Ram. The Bells or Speed of Light. Or possibly Backslash - Levitation.
But they are a very evolved Hard Trance.

Folie a Deux is definitely Hard Trance for me. It has a tough, bouncy sound which wouldn't make it eligible to be defined as 'Trance' to the purists!

Absolutely. And I love the Versus. Never heard that one before I think.

Yeah, it's a top tune. With any mix I do, I try to throw in at least one or two less well-known tracks in there so listeners can discover them. When I'm choosing sets to listen to, I always tend to avoid ones with the same old tracks. It's a good feeling when you come across a hidden gem of a tune!!
