Does anyone know roughly how to make the lead synth from Darren styles track "come running" just the basic components pretty much, I tried playing around with synths but didn't even come close and im using reason as a daw if it makes a difference thanks if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

In Reason 4 there is a patch called "The Val(cry)". Check the lead synth folder within "Thor Patches". It was one of the better presets in there, hopefully Propellerheads still included it in Version 7.
If not, let me know and I'll PM you the patch. It's made up of FM synthesis mostly. I won't go into explaining it cuz i really don't have a firm grip on it.
Btw, you might want to try and layer a noise oscillator with that patch. Should get you pretty close to what you're after.
