Not sure about there but it's a bit of a redundant tattoo here in the US. I see a lot of people with them. Not always on the back of the neck sometimes on their arms, shoulders, and chests. I wonder though if you actually scan it with a phone app, will anything actually come up? lol

I've never seen anyone with one
phone apps scan QR codes which are different

Wrong, phone apps also scan regular barcodes and Google the number.
