Yeah but each one is like the length (and almost quality) of a movie so it's not bad for the BBC to be fair. I'm sure they'll be a season 4 and may be 5, because both the lead actors really enjoy it and do it for the love, rather than the money, because I remember the writer saying after the last series he wasn't sure if it would continue now that they're both big Hollywood stars earning major bucks...But it was they who contacted him and said come on let's do this, we love Sherlock!

They already have series four and five planned out apparently. So they seem nailed on to happen.

At the moment watching Rake, an Australian drama comedy. Very good, very Australian though. Favourite series I watched this year was Hannibal by a metric mile. ****ing exquisite psychological thriller, perfect script. I was surprised how well Mikkelson played Lector after his Pusher roles.
Sherlock is starting to shit me. It started off with reasonable resemblance to the stories, but over season two it turned into an out of control monster. Nothing about season 3 has changed that. I'll probably keep watching it for a bit, but only 3 episodes every year or two doesn't demand much effort.
Season 5 of Archer is supposed to start real soon...

I liked Hannibal. Gorgeously shot. The lead guy - Will - is fcuking flaky and unrealistic, though. Agreed that Mikkelson is captivating as Hannibal, though.

Used to watch Once Upon A Time though but only watched three episodes of Season 3 of that and just don't feel it anymore. It's too kiddy. :P
It took you 2 whole seasons to figure that out? It was a show that was pretty much Disney characters from all the Disney classics movies bunched up into one show, broadcasted by the Disney-owned ABC. Clearly it wasn't going to be a gruesome fairy tale show. I like it for the cheesiness of it, and I also watch the semi-spinoff Once Upon A Time In Wonderland.
I just can't believe it's going to be another almost 2 months until we see new episodes of Once Upon A Time. Seriously a ridiculous decision by ABC.

I dunno, I never got that impression. I thought he presented his breakdown pretty well.
