Ive deleted the post because every one thinks some ones dead lol gosh.... I am still stopping the DJing Im just very tired of the stress and hope to find some normality if I do. Ive dj's since I was 17 turned pro in 92 so Ive had a good run and was lucky enuf to be part of the best of the rave scene in our area. Time to move on Ill still prob make music its always been made in a way of how I think people feel when they listen to it. Ive never taken hard drugs although Ive been spiked in Canada and ended up robbed and abandoned in a hospital lol. glad that's passed now lol... to me music is my interpretation of what a good drug is to a raver it was enuf for me. but now drugs are in the homes and lives of lots of people its like a norm and I guess I feel more alienated the more I see it. Its like this, before only a few took drugs now the tables are changed its hard to fine any one who hasn't lol. I don't see anything wrong in it its what people do but when I started DJ'ing it was because of the music. but now If it aint good enuf to listen to unless ur on drugs then what's the point playing it. lol... No hard feelings every one Ok I hope that I can inspire some people knowing I helped create a whole scene often by myself and never took drugs doing it.. all you guys that stood in front of me with ur happy faces were a million times better a buzz than any drug I can imagine.. love to all :)
I'm personally gutted.

Guys a legend. Some of the M-zone and Mark EG sets were the best I've ever heard!!
I "think" it was Outer Limits '98 where I was first introduced to his music and it was usually the only Hard Trance I'd listen to back in my Hardcore days. Actually used to be friends with one of his friends and she was trying to sort out me working with with him (this is about 4 years ago) shame I never followed that up since I'll never get chance now, shame...

Heard a couple of M-Zone and Mark EG sets. Didn't know he spun until now.
The mixes had great music, but some of the transitions he or Mark pulled off were shabby-as.

Well he's not a Hardcore DJ but was booked at most major Hardcore events along with Mark EG etc.

Shame man, used to love his sets back in the day. May have to dig out the ol tape packs and give a few a listen. About time I put one of my 3 tape decks to use. :P

M-Zone is a legend and a massive influence to many, many people. His sets between 96-04 were always packed with top tunes which not many other DJs played in the UK. End of an era defo!!

Sucks now megaupload is gone, almost all file hosting sites have demolished anything with a vague hint of illegitimacy to it. So much quality has been lost from the public domain.

I'm still hoping you are going to upload the 03, 04, 05 sets you have on your computer at your dads. But yes, that would be great.
Wouldn't be surprised if all the stuff is still around on various hard drives, but there is just no centralised bank anymore.
