Oh well, will probably pre-order the japanese version of Ys for the VITA
Star Ocean is actually reasonably big in the UK (for a JRPG), it's just one of them series I never bothered with. I agree though, most of them fly under the radar here along with most anime/manga or anything that isn't from America/UK really. :P
I'll probably pick up a Vita eventually and grab that. Got my sights set on a PS3 next though for Graces and Xillia. It's so annoying that all the JRPG's that do get released here are spread out on different consoles. :'(. If they released them all on PC it would be so much easier!!
I have most consoles already so for me it's not a big deal, but a collection for one console would be nice (preferbly Vita)

Never understood playing on a touch screen (Vita has a touch screen, right?). Watched one review video on youtube and it looked stupid.
Don't have any consoles myself, only play on PC.

For the time I had a DS, I found myself gravitating towards games with more emphasis on the traditional controls as opposed to a touch screen. I'm not certain why.

the same here actually. The problem with touch screen is that not every game needs to use it. IT is just a gimmick/another way of controlling the game. Just like on the DS, alot of the games I have dont really use the touch screen.

Only ever played Sims, Pokemon, Sonic and that Nintendogz game on the DS. Fun times.

A touch screen can be pretty handy actually. Not many games make use of one as a main control scheme, it's just for tackling menu screens without pausing 90% of the time.
I'm surprised you only play on PC Whispering, missing out on nearly all of the JRPG's!

Yeah I nearly have every console since the NES now. :P I'd like to just be able to buy one of the damn things every gen though! Would love a few full collections to be release like the HD packs of big western games we have been seeing recently. That's be great. 8)
Started on Star Ocean now! It's amazing actually, really enjoying it. One dungeon was looooooong though.

Ah yeah the PS3 version has extras doesn't it? How far in are you on the 360 version?
Do games in Sweden use the English voice acting? That Lymle is bloody annoying kay?

I will when I'm next on. :) You'll be the first I add to Steam as I'm a massive bloody hermit these days haha. Not played much PC MP since my AOE days.

Other than kid games, no. But some bigger budget games do get system/subtitles in swedish, which is annoying :P
And yea, lymle is annoying, and so is the body animations haha
