I'd say that's a proper Trance choon.
It would be easy to say anthing else than Snap!, Culture Beat, Haddaway, Jam & Spoon and Dr. Alban. Not that I dislike those ones, but they are the only Eurodance that gets played on commercial radio stations over here (which still is great, because only 2 years ago they refused to play any Eurodance).
