Lately I've really been getting into the lower energy, more chillout breakbeat hardcore/ DnB

Is Stargazer too obvious to mention? I'd also say http://soundcloud.com/karlfuture/waves-of-desire-karl-futures this which was on hardcore underground 5

StrifeII definitely makes some amazing stuff along these lines. 'Enough' is one of my favourite breaks tracks ever!

Try looking at some liquid dnb if you want chillout stuff. I bought the Unquote album off Hospital Records.....AMAZING stuff
