Bought a new phone, a white Nokia N9.

Been using it for a week now and love it to bits. This amazing piece of hardware and software was the last inhouse phone from Nokia, and was going to be the future for Nokia. Before they went all Windows. It saddens that all the talented people that made this happen, were all recently fired and the factories here closed, along those fired were my brother and sister. If only they had waited a year before singing the contract with Microsoft, that evidently became their doom.

Also bought some mp3's Circ's and Emma Hewitt's albums, along with a bunch of albums from Korean girl groups :P
Also bought a shit load of DVD's; Scifi, Korean and anime :)

The Lumia 900 is actually a very good phone and the OS shits all over MeeGo. Sorry to hear about your brother and sister though.

Lumia 900 is an almost direct copy of the N9 (with the addition of the camera button and windows buttons). I've only quickly skimmed the Windows OS, so don't know how it is on a daily use. But i prefer meego myself. I don't have anything against windows, or Nokia going to that direction. The only thing wrong is how they did it. Everything on 1 card and burn the bridges behind you. While e.g. Samsung is doing everything and is doing great. Their actually continuing developing MeeGo OS with Intel as Tizen now.

I really liked the look of the N9, was a little gutted when i found out i wouldn't be able to get one. Saying that though, i'm expecting there to be something from Nokia worth having by the end of the year when my contract is up.

As for my purchases, loads of hardcore tunes i bought for no other reason than i can(!), and lots of Smiley face related paraphernalia to give away during my appearance at Stomp! in Leeds on the 20th.

Next big purchase will probably be a bike of some kind. Managed to lose a bit of weight this past few months so want to do something to help with that and fitness too.

Recently got an iPod Classic 160GB because my older 32GB iPod Touch kept running out of space. I'll be using it purely for music and will keep my old iTouch for apps.
