80-90% of top tier vocals in hardcore are "outsourced" (written and performed by third parties)
Thats why you'll notice a lot of common vocalists and songwriters being shares by numerous labels and producers.
As for giving the vocalists credit... It's generally an indication that the vocals have been paid for in full rather than be co-written and associated with royalties, but not always. It really comes down to the agreement between the producer and vocalist. Having too many names in a song title can make it less marketable IMO.

Check out the third paragraph here:
http://www.dna-music.com/juliette_jaimes.html Juliette Jaimes is her name, and she records the vocals along with her studio partner Steven Welton-Jaimes, who also writes most of these songs, according to the credits of the albums. That's what I call great outsourcing of vocals/songwriting, kind of like what Dougal & Gammer are doing with Nick Arnold (Bang!) and Nikki Mak. I hope Hixxy's collaboration with these people continues! We only got one track with Juliette on the last CXH and it was Hixxy - Don't Feel Like Love. On the 6th volume, there were two beautiful songs, Kaleidoscope and Million Miles, and on the 5th there were 4... Hoping for the best!
Big thanx dude!

Yeah the vocalists should still be mentioned, even if they are payed for. Guess it's kinda like when they had Vengaboys and the singer was female. What was all that about.

If it was her decision then it's OK. Though, those MTV singers never have their producer(s) credited.
