cause i'm usually pretty efficient at id-ing my own tunes but theres a tune
goes like

"everybodies moving to this on the dancefloor"

something to that effect.....its such a tune...and i should know it but am drawing a blank :(

I haven't heard the tune in that YouTube link, and I can't really remember how the one I'm about to suggest goes - but - JAKAZiD has done a tune recently (within the last six months?) called Movin' To This.

Could that be it?

Edit: Don't think it is, now I've listened to them both - but you never know. Here it is anyway (fantastic tune):
