That's not strictly true. Spirit Wolf - The First War (DJ Oavatos Remix) has been available - as a free download - on my website since mid August and has had over 600 downloads.

I couldn't be happier with the album. Some of the tracks go back to simpler times of freeform & mabey that's whats putting some people off. It pains me to say it but the last batch of Nu Energy releases were so predictable, especially with that over used sidechain compression from Douglas!

This album offers something different & I think this guy has to be credited for the work he's put in. I will certainly still be MIXING this album for years to come.

EDIT - oh yeh & the fact this man keeps sending more great tracks in addition to buying this album tells me a lot about his character. Only those who have supported the album will get them...

Thanks mate, enjoy the album!

Hope I'm not stepping out of line here, but I'd like to make a few comments.

First off, Archefluxx, if you hold so much disdain for his need of ego, why insult the album in the first place? All you needed to do was chuckle to yourself and leave the forum.
The fact you wanted to make public your thoughts about him meant you either wanted approval from others or to just raise awareness about your opinion - both of which are an ego thing.

I'm not disrespecting either of you, well, I'm not trying to. I've followed each of you at times and I respect the work you do. I know you both work hard.

As for Thumpa's comment, don't we all make mistakes? I'm sure there's been a point in time where you just slip up and say something you don't mean.
It happens in every day life, the simple fact was Thumpa's ability to have more influence on higher entities (A label, versus a single friend) was the catalyst for blowing it out of proportion.
Your responses didn't help much either, and I agree with Archefluxx in that sense. Calling him a **** isn't exactly the most level headed response.

Nevertheless, I agree with others. Buy the album for music quality, not because you like or dislike the person managing it. This thread turned from a simple plug into a war between you guys :/

Few other comments, as well
You mentioned "Amateur Pokemon songs."
S3rl did one, Slammer & Auscore did one, does that make them the same?
As well as the website, who cares? You don't need a billion dollar budget and flashy graphics to promote what you're trying to show to the public.

Yes. Yes it does (in regards to those songs)! But that's beside the point so never mind :P

Pokegirl is one of, if not, the worst songs S3RL has ever done.

As great as bootlegs, remixes & video game/tv theme remixes are, they're almost never better than their originals or original work in general.

You don't have to use PayPal man. I bought mine on a normal credit card.

Bad excuse is bad. :-P

Payment can be made with alternative methods, if you're in the UK you can send a cheque or postal order or if you're abroad ask a friend with paypal to pay and give them the cash.

Any queries just ask! :)
