I was talking to Seb at the time, and he wanted to know what was going on. Dont worry your not that special, no matter how far up your own arse you are.
Point is you seem to have this jumped up impression of yourself, and you seem to literally think your word is law when it comes down to shit like the facebook status. Like ****ing idiots people fuel that ego by posting and agreeing.
Its a sublime example of the difference between experienced heads that let things roll on, and keep their mouths shut to protect reputation and maintain professionalism, and you. A jumped up label owner who thinks he's releasing a CD in a professional manner. Despite referring to people on the advertising forum threads "a massive ****", childishly comparing your 'success' to mine - as if its a big competition, and using that travesty of a website to release the CD. You need to get your head out of wrestling mode and kick into gear. Want to release a professional CD, act like a professional. CDJay might have a few tips for you there. Stop treating it like a competition, because Im not racing you to ****, and neither is anyone else.
Sort it THE **** OUT.

there is alot of shit hardcore out there and pointing it out on your own status on your personal facebook is alot different than going out of your way and making a thread about it (as per minimal threads that have been made recently, and threads that have been started about individual producers)

I met Olly at devotion 2010, he's a perfectly nice guy.
whats amazing is how you fly off the wall and start making assumptions about people as soon as zonkers is mentioned. Telling me I'm a shit judge of character, to me, just further confirms my suspicions that you definatly jump the gun with people..

Its not just about Zonkers at all, what got me annoyed is the principle. He has this inflated ego, thinking hes sewn into the history books of hardcore, and he can slate anyone that disagrees and start weighing up successes.
Amateur Pokemon tunes? Come on? Bit of a dumb thing to say isnt it? Is that the one track I released under Ekkotekk :S Im not trying to be part of history, I just enjoy what I do. Thumpa clearly has a bit ego to fill. Perhaps I should leave him and his clearly ground breaking albums to it..

2 extremely opinionated characters are bound to clash but I don't see the point in completely trashing this thread when this guy's actually released a great, one of a kind, dj friendly Freeform album!
If I had a voice within the scene i'd be turning it on it's head & naming & shaming these no talent wannabe's aswell! The guys point couldn't be more valid. TID is just filled with so much dreadful hardcore it's not even funny.
I couldn't be happier with the album. Some of the tracks go back to simpler times of freeform & mabey that's whats putting some people off. It pains me to say it but the last batch of Nu Energy releases were so predictable, especially with that over used sidechain compression from Douglas!
This album offers something different & I think this guy has to be credited for the work he's put in. I will certainly still be MIXING this album for years to come.
EDIT - oh yeh & the fact this man keeps sending more great tracks in addition to buying this album tells me a lot about his character. Only those who have supported the album will get them...

And I still stand by my words. You claim to hate most of the crap out there, but still managed to release Die another Day, where most didnt sound much different than the msuci you slated.
