I listened to this track about 4 weeks ago on a commercial radio station, and was blown away. It includes some kind of happy vibe and passion that reminds me of Hardcore and powerful sound of Symphonic Metal. It wants me go to a binge drinking night in an Irish pub. 
I would love to notice, that the lyrics get used in a Hardcore track as well.

Bears no resemblance to Hardcore at all for me! I don't find it to be at all happy.

I mean the atmosphere of this track is the same as the one I feel, when I listen to Hardcore and Symphonic Metal: strong melody, powerful sounds, a vibe that simply puts a smile a to my face and especially here happy (almost childish) lyrics. Usually I don't get this mental, when I listen to a song played on commercial radio stations.

Why not? ;p Lots of Norwegian acts using English names, why not German ones too? :P
