don't listen to, too much j-core but that sounds a wee bit slow for hardcore just imo

that's not even japanese, or j-core for that matter. Sounds like russian or any simular slavic language.

This genre is called Hands-Up. I used to call it Euro-Trance but Im no longer sure whether it's the proper name.
Hands-Up "structure" evolved of one Trance structure and the feel is mostly Eurodance-ish, thus it's both sub-genre of Trance and Eurodance, eventhough in most of the cases it doesn't have trancy feel at all.
Pretty fun genre if u ask me, and I love it.
And sorry, but I can't recognize the track. :S
