Sup guys?
So after finishing up 7D volume two, i realized I would have nothing to do for the next couple of months untill work on volume 3 started, and I hate not doing anything. So, I have come up with the idea of organizing an exclusive HHC.com compilation album, that would feature the sites/forums Djs.
So, since this is a hardcore site, it would be hardcore genres. I was thinking 4 mixes containing Breakbeat Hardcore, UK Hardcore, Freeform, and to end it, Hardcore/Gabber.
Now this is only an Idea and wont be started at all untill we are all in an agreement thats its a good idea, and I have the 4 Djs, plus an artwork artist.
What do you think?
Also, we all pitch in for the album title.

^^ hhc.com members cd, because of legal issues it can't says its exclusive to hhc.com, but it is solely members from here to avoid legal issues thats what we all came up with - we were going to start on part 2 at the end of this year, but yea..whenever kenmasters is ready!
if there were no covers/bootlegs/illegal samples on it silver would have probably said yes to it getting hhc.com's logo on it - but as happy hardcore goes..yeah.

I do plan on getting a 2nd HHC.com album underway but i've got quite a lot on my plate at the min. After popular demand i've decided to re launch my Radio Station 'Narcotic Radio' for 2 nights a week only (as this is the only time I can give for the time being.)
We're getting things underway for this re launch & only once i've got things up & running again can I give my full attention to this album. We'll say Sep/Oct & that way there's plenty of time for this project to get underway.
I do like the idea of this mix album & if I can get time, i'm sure I could do a mix on it, mabey B2B with my old chum Triquatra well I say B2B but more like set after set. Mabey you should have 2 DJ's on together & that way more DJ's can get involved.

Yes i was thinking about that. And why not do it? If Djs can get together that would be great!
And it doesnt have to be just those genres, i know there are other hardcore genres(like J-core).
Just gotta get a solid line up.

I don't think J-Core should be considered a genre because they are all hardcore genres with big Japanese influence, and theres more alternative hardcore genres than in our mainstream scene.
But I think this is a great idea =)

producers cd is what the PPF album was about, whereas i see what you mean is a hhc.com version of 7D type thing

though I dont act as moderator anymore, and i definately dont speak for hhc.com or silver - one thing i will say is that before silver will even consider a concept (for hhc.com to put its name on nit) like this the tracklisting would have to be 100% legal, legit and given the "ok" from every artist involved.
but like i said, i don't moderate here, and my only association with this site is that I happen to post on here - so that wasnt a "yes or no" that he would say yes to using the hhc.com branding, but more of a "hey, this is what i know from past experience thats what it would take before he would consider it"
