I just listened to this, and I don't think the vocals were sampled. They sound original to me, but I may be wrong.

anything by Public enemy can be found on... well almost all hardcore tracks containing rap samples :P

So I've been updating the page with stuff I find. Thanks to those who have added to the list.
Also, I thought it would be fun to upload some midi files of famous hardcore riffs I've stumbled across. Check them out and post some up if you have those too.
