anyone got any for sale or know of where i can buy some from ? only place iv ever been able to find is http://www.japan-direct.com/cartitem.asp?prodid=553 but Japan Direct no longer exists

technics are discontinued now, so getting pretty hard to source new. any reason why specifically mk4's? because they are fairly rare, mk2 and mk5g's are still floating about, can pick some up at decks.co.uk otherwise look on ebay for second hand.

actually the other MKs aint hard to get hold of new at all, its just that sellers think that its an excuse to hike up the prices.

Why would you want MK4's? The were made for home use I believe as they had 33/45/75 speed adjustments.

They were in production for such a little amount of time... I've never actually physically seen one either.

Maybe MK5's, never ever in my life seen an MK4... MK5's came out like 6 months later because MK4's were not selling and MK3 don't die.
