I know that LTJ Bukem makes/made Jungle/dnb but this ain't any of those. I find this tune lovely, and I wonder what kind of music this is, since it has a really nice and relaxed vibe.

Mr Scruff (anything - though not really downtempo "get a move on" is a classic)

J-Walk - Soul Vibration
Aim - Cold Water Music
actually, anything by Aim, they're great.
If you're feeling really adventurous checkout Hidden Orchestra - they arent really downtempo, they're basically what you get if you squashed an entire orchestra, a drum machine, a jazz band and a ton of inspiration into a blender and dumped the contents through another drum machine

not really, since ambient tends to be ambient and has few, if any drums, and twilight electronica is completely made up.
