was going thru the "hardcore anthems" album that slammin vinyl released last year and just noticed that they featured the original version of 24/7 by eclipse (aka ham). I've always liked the B&S remix, and it's been the one that has been pushed out there by a ton of djs, so i've never given the original version much attention until now.
Is it just me, or does this track seem like it was years ahead of its time??? It has some electro elements that dominate today in a lot of hardcore, but overall it sounds as if this just came out weeks ago, yet it was released in 2004!!!
This is one of the reasons why I love Mr. Dean and his production so much, and another perfect example of how underappreciated he is.

I was going to point that out but just couldn't be bothered because it's technically not the same, just close enough. Can't see it being a coincidence. It's not like Ham wouldn't have known the original, just too similar. Don't mind though really as the original is Hardcore still.
