Personally, I'm loving it. I haven't heard anything uplifting from them recently. I also haven't liked any of their newer stuff since We Are The Vampires.
This track though, is different. Got the soft rock vibe, good vox, and one of the most uplifting melodies I've heard in a while, all in my own opinion of course. It's been on repeat for a while now.
I think this is the 16 year old guitarist and vocalist they advertised a while back.

AMAZING TRACK.
About time something was released like it. I honestly think this is a healthy track for the scene.

what the? This sounds to taken out from 2004!! finally a worthy buy from the muffin label (for me atleast). Removing Dougal from the equation and Gammer makes good non-electro-influenced music

The track is far more melodic, which is why Insem compared it to music of a few years ago.
The reason i suggested that this track is healthy for the scene is because - the way I see it - this is a 'commercial' level track. Many will hear it and hopefully it will help bring back more melodic euphoric stuff rather than the electro.
I've resigned to accept that Gammer made electro drops because its what he enjoyed and none of them were taken seriously.. Thats the way Gammer rolls and he made that clear. The thing I didnt like was that Gammer had a big influence on the scene. If he invented a new style, people would copy it and follow the style because thats where they think the music is going. This more melodic euphoric track might influence people into making more of the same... probably a load of crap talk, but I hope im right. I'd love to scene hardcore roll back a few years.

Well, you used the words 'melodic' and 'euphoric' among others to describe your thoughts and that would suit me just fine if i saw it in the same way. Melodic - I love tunes with a good melody, and yes, it definitely is a big departure from the recent dull, electro and minimal style efforts. BUT, just because it has a melody doesn't make it amazing, just makes it better than the usual shite. As for it being Euphoric - again, just what i hope to hear in a track. But again, don't hear it in this one. I'm happy that it seems to suggest the 'musical' aspects returning to the music but that doesn't automatically mean i should love it. No point trying to say what my ideal style is because i listen to everything Hardcore and way beyond so i'm not one of those stuck in 1997 or 2004. Some i love, some i like, some i wouldn't wipe my arse on (which would be tricky with an MP3 anyway)!

I really love this, been waiting for it to come out since I heard it on Clubland 7. Whizzkid really showing his strength as a vocalist, I nice emotional heartfelt track is really good, makes a welcome change from the typical diva vocals and so on.

Agreed! I can't stand Styles' voice!
The only songs i found that are Darrens best are the ones that dont have his vocals in it.

It's been out since, the full version. :p Clubland X7 was released as unmixed edits/full length tracks too! :D
