I always go back and listen to choons from this year, when I get a tad annoyed with hardcore, it gets me back to basics, and then sets me straight!

Have you had a listen to much nu-rave stuff? Some great tracks coming out of that genre at the moment (if you ignore the dub step shite). Also, have you heard the new track by Liquid-8 called The One? Proper old skool stuff.

I stumbled across LOADS of old 1992 sets the other day loads of ones at illegals and stuff. Not my favorite year for hardcore I have to admit but I'm in a similar boat with 1997, when I get mad with current hardcore I revert back to 1997-2001 and everything is fine.

1992 is my favorite year too. I could quite easily spend all day listing top choons from this year but i won't. Although i first got into the scene in 1990, 1992 was the first year i began spending every penny i had on tapes & vinyl.
