Hello.
Breakbeat hardcore as I understand it is around 170bpm. It has breakbeats instead of a kick drum on every beat.
I have been asking people to make break beat hardcore records. Matt has been asking people to make breakbeat records.
Some people have sent some tracks over. I am really impressed with these tracks. Some tracks are incredible. There are several future outlets for the tracks. All of the tracks will be released through the CLSM store.
From mid may, there will be three tracks released per week until we run out of tracks.
There will be a digital album, a free give away mix and a cd album. One artist what format the cd album would be. The cd album will be released on compact disc.
If you make breakbeat hardcore, please send tracks over. My email is jondoeclsm at hotmail.co.uk
There is no final deadline for this.
People will ask questions and post opinions. What will these mean? Only the music has meaning.
Here are some expected questions:
Isnt this just drum and bass?
Why are my fingers so wide?
I have not listened to all the tracks, just one I didnt like. Is my opinion valid?
Is this old skool?
Should I turn left?
Why doesn't Bart age in the Simpsons?

you say CLSM make breakbeats but didn't they do that song " Liberation" which didn't have any breakbeat hardcore element to it at all?? and the only good track with that type of Breakbeat hardcore was "Transmission to Mars" - CLSM , hotter than your new Playstation! LOL

Just because they make breakbeats doesnt mean CLSM didn't do other things. CLSM have also had a Christmas meal, this also wasn't breakbeat. :-> At the moment, breakbeat is the main focus of CLSM, just the tracks havnt started coming out yet. I get what you mean though.
1. Campaign to get Hard Dance and Hardcore on BBC Radio1 with the support of the people in those scenes and achieved this (Dj Kutski, every Friday Radio1).
2. Made 13 half hour shows, featuring hardcore every week, on Rapture Sky TV (2006).
3. Invented 'Hardscape', a bridge between Hard Dance and Hardcore/Freeform, releasing an album which charted in the top 30 of the Itunes Dance chart.
4. In 2011, put more effort than usual into the Breakbeat Hardcore scene. The future will let us know how this gets on.

The CLSM store is now a turkey.
CLSM have been selling mp3's from 2002 and will return to release new hardcore music from 16th May.
