Kerli sings mostly pop-y dance music, a few darker tunes. Some of her songs include Tea Party, Army of Love and Walking on Air.
Her new album should be out by the end of summer but from some of the "leaked" snippets, its gonna be more fun and dancable than her last one. (I say "leaked" but really she leaks a lot of stuff herself so I guess I should say previewed...)
She's also the "leader" of the Bubble Goth movement here in the states.

i'd never heard of her, not someone who's reached england just yet -
i just watched/listened to 'walking on air' - the video is really really good, the music was alright but it has this overtone of a commercialised glitch track (the ticking in the background is very glitch-esq)...which kind of made it feel a little bit like shes a product they are trying to sell...the bridge at 2:30min - 2:55min is awesome.
then i listened to "love is dead" and the video is kinda mediocre, but the song is awesome going to have that one on the download very soon, thankyou! love it when someone on here suggests music that i havent heard before and that is good! it doesnt happen very often, its usually just the same old same old uk hardcore tripe! :P - it does sound a little bit like "poets of the fall - Carnival of rust" though

then i watched "tea party" and again the video was really quite good - but the musics not really my cup of tea, i think i tend to listen to charty pop music with the thought "could this be done by anyone else in the charts?" and i kinda feel that perry, gaga or even pink could have pulled this one off...
then i watched army of love, and the song isnt bad..
i would much rather that kerli was in the charts than k$sha or Gaga,
looks like there are people comparing her to gaga on there, which i can see why they are doing that, but it looks like Kerli isnt even a 1/10 as commercialised or a fasionist as gaga is. gaga has this "you are my minions i am some sort of godess, look how different i am, im so quirky" complex to her, which Kerli doesnt have.
looks like i might enjoy her early music more than her latest stuff though!
*edit* haha, i wrote more than I anticipated, I was going to go out and find a few Geocachings, but then it started raining, so i thought 'meh, lets listen to this Kerli person' :P

Only thirty seconds into the first video/tune (Walking On Air) but I just had to get that off my chest. What a fox.
Will report back with music-based comments shortly. Give me ten minutes. Maybe five actually, she really is hot.

Walking On Air. Like it, a lot. A lot more than your average chart music.
Love Is Dead. Meh. Bit boring.
Tea Party. Mmm, nah. Not for me. 15-year-old girls might quite like that one.
As for the OP. I can't really imagine any of these as Hardcore tunes dude. I do have an especially shit imagination/zero creativity, though.

Thanks DjTriq for affirming my gender ^_^, and atomik, theres a new album coming out at the end of summer.
I appreciate the review of the music. yea a lot of her stuff is somewhat commercial but I love her style. As for the GaGa comparison, I guess my main argument against it is that Kerli has always been different. If you've seen Gaga before she...well became Gaga, she looked quite normal but...sold out for lack of a better term. Having said that, I am guilty of listening to Bad Romance on loop...
I'm still for listening to some remixes of Kerli's music though. My husbands done a little on Tea Party for me, but his interest...isn't there haha.
