Ok now im not holding out much hope with this one but here goes, Around 1996-97 radio dj stu allan played a track in one of his mixes its a hardcore track, uses the sample "watch ya bass bins im tellin ya" and some crazy voice saying "what time is it" its got a kind of electric guitar sound to the tune, i had this on tape and played it to death but its been lost in a recent move. If you can id this track your a legend!

13 years can play tricks on your mind mate. Unless you know what from what set it was played from, we might never know

Almost positive it was aired late 96 on the sunday night hardcore hour mix, trouble is there are not many people still have thier old stu allan tapes, ive found a few mixes that people have uploaded and only one was around the late 96 early 97 period.

I still have my old tapes but I don't remember this track that you're talking about off the top of my head.

How good is your memory of the whole mix? I've got a few from 96, and did also have a dutch track about aliens are coming? If so I have that week on a broken tape which I've been meaning to fix for ages! and its about July 96

Lol i cant actually remember the whole mix just those last two tracks, and i sort of edited them out of the mix to make my own compilation tape of all the tracks i really liked, if my memory serves me right i think there was a lot of drum and bass in the original mix which isnt really my thing so thats why i edited it.
