It's been mentioned on here quite a lot recently.
Westbam - Wizards of the Sonic
D Frag - The Wizard (DJ Storm Remix)
Scott Brown - Enlightened
Nu Foundation - Wizzy
Are just a few that use the melody.
The original of course is the Robotnik theme from Sonic the Hedgehog.
