And the least effective DJ?:
He does virtually **** all. He doesn't do any mixing of any kind.
Look at some of his other vids, all he does is get the tracks playing slightly in time and super quick mix out. It really bugs me when you see people with really expensive set-ups when they do exactly the same as a cheap set-up
And the thing that bugs me the most of all: people who twist knobs (yeah I said knobs ) on the mixer for no reason at all. I've seen a ton of videos where people can't seem to leave their knobs alone (hahahaha).

not sure which is worse: listening to a set of nothing but back to back anthem sing a long hardcore or watching this guy =P
he sure likes to go off camera. if you're going to mix that little in a 10 min mix I would think you should either be 1) going mental during the music or 2) only play each track for like a minute

yes, WOW!. I can't believe this guy thinks what he did is actually worth sharing. Unless what he intended was to let the music "speak for itself". Still, terrible technique.
From what I've seen though DJ Cotts' setup poops on this guy's.

If you mean basic as in "he can basically do the same stuff with this setup" then, yes you're right. Having an additional CDJ 800 and 1000 plus an efx1000 sure feels like a different setup to me though. Or at least to my wallet it does.
