All I can say is it does sound very Japanese. Maybe Shimamura.

Yeah i guess was Japanese too, but is not Shimamura, actually i listen pretty much all shimamura and he's not so pumped like this track, i need some serious help here

I listened to it yesterday, but since it sounded pitched up, I can't really say if its japanese or not. It does have that Dancemania feeling tho
