I have a CD I got at a party a few weekends ago, I can't find the name of one of the songs. The lyrics are

Can you feel it in the air tonight?
Can you say the time is right?
I will take you far away
to a better brighter day.
I get this feeling deep inside
if lifts me up beyond the light.
So take my hand and we can say
this is a better day.

Or something along those lines :)
