Yep! There's a really brilliant track that was played by Vinylgroover at Hullabaloo @ the WEMF Stage in 1999 it's much trancier than normal but also quite happy IMO really outstanding track, it has some childrens vocals in it. It's the second track played in this set:

i dont think its a hardcore remix, its just the original (a trance track, the name evades me) thats been sped up (or just played on 45). give me a little time, i'll tell you which trance track it is...
annoying me...cause i know it! lol i feel likes its solarstone..or saints and sinners...bah!

I find it really annoying that people played pitch up Trance tunes at that time. Seriously, why even bother.

The thing is there was lots of good Hardcore around at the time still, especially from the likes of Scott Brown.

Yeah it's vinylgroover so it makes me wonder if this was when he started going into his "Scott Atrill" life and going into hard dance/trance. Not a fan of either but I really like that tune!

If you like that tune then your more of a fan than you think :P Hard Dance and Trance should not be grouped together though, they aren't remotely the same from that period.

I was thinking hard dance and hard trance but OK. No I'm not a fan of either, the rest of the tunes in that set don't really do it for me but that one has a nice uplifting happy feel. Most trance feels cold and impersonal :(
My first legal night out was actually a hard dance night and I was pretty damn drunk and I danced from about 12-5 and then had a burger, wasn't a bad first night out even though I didn't relate to the music at all. Second time I went down there I was stone cold sober and it was TORTURE. The music was not danceable at all: I couldn't tell the breakdowns from the rest of the song, there were minimal vocals and everyone was drinking and stuff some people were even getting a bit unfriendly! I don't ever wanna repeat that if I am honest!

OMG! As a normal trance tune this is wicked! Thanks for this!! "WE ARE TOGETHER". Damn! I would explain how I feel about this but all I can do is make hand motions at my screen. basically putting my hand DOWN..argh I can't describe it!!! If I ever meet you I will show you! Thanks again! Now to put it up to 175 :P !

quickest way for you might be to download a free audio program like audacity ;)
are you going to Devotion 2010? its going to be alot of fun, and hopefully more friendly than hard dance experience!

I have got audacity but I'll just slap it up onto 175 on a fairly old version of virtual DJ (Booo) I have because I got it on a deal price and a rubbish controller along with a load of 192 vinyl rips from imodownload just so I can at least do SOME bedroom DJing while I save up for some 1210s. Have barely started my DJ career and it's already cost me an arm and a leg :( Did my first ever proper mix not long ago and I was actually fairly happy with it, got quite a good reception from it too! Nope about revelation! It's a bit out of the way for me at the moment especially as I'm a jobless student. Once I get to uni and get some money rolling in I should be able to go to more events than just ones on the south coast and in london. Yeah my hard dance days are WAY behind me! Me and my mate only went because there was no hardcore in our area. One time I didn't even get let in because I was simply too hot for the club to handle! I don't remember much of that night at all. My next night out is Hardcore Breakdown - Darren Styles & MC Storm @ Worthing Pier on sep 10th! which I'm REALLY looking forward to. But that's prob gonna be my last rave in a month or so until I get my stuff sorted out and settled in, so painful having to wait that long!
