SUHWEET! and btw first time ever seeing Benny Benassi on a hardcore album

Wow, never heard of that. I checked too, and it doesn't sound Hardcore. And it has apl from Black Eyed Peas! But I'm confused. Maybe it's a remix.

On the last tHTID album, it was specified on the box: Remixes & Production by Re-Con & Squad-E unless otherwised stated.

Basically, almost every single track is remixed/arranged by them. This is especially true for the non-hardcore tracks.

Where's Al Storm though? :|

hopefully replacing unknown on the next Bonkers

What I mean is that he's an official HTID/RB artist (who, in the clublandcheesecore category, pisses from considerable heights all over everyone in this camp apart from Styles and ReCon) and yet there's not a single track by him on the tracklist. I just don't get it.

There's no sign of Breeze either... maybe these two are up to something already. Breeze would probably be preparing CXH7, though.

I'll buy this cheap at Cash Converters.

Few comments on what I think of the tracks. Some originals of the remixes. The album clearly is more diverse in styles, but the fact re-con and squad-e are somehow involved in every track on each of the first two CD's is tripe. Also, you can see that its just an 'audio-poster' for more of the AATW/Zooland franchise... Meh.

Sound Without A Name - Darren Styles

Bang Your Head Off - Recon, Gammer & Klubfiller = hate this tbh... Just kinda boring

I Adore (Gammer Remix) - Clear Vu = Not sure why they'd reuse this... Ive never liked the song. Maybe its to re-emphasise that its by Clear Vu, and not Dj Cammy.

Right Here Right Now - Recon = This tracks being juiced again.

Smack You Like A Bitch - Darren Styles & ReCon = Cant say I like minimal much..

Rescue Me - Skepta = Quite good actually, but its ganna be a Re-con remix. So yeah god help us.

Since You Been Gone (Klubfiller Remix) - Daruso
http://soundcloud.com/klubfillerhardcore/daruso-since-youve-been-gone-klubfiller-hardcore-remix

Mind Scanner - Dougal & Gammer
http://soundcloud.com/djgammer/dougal-gammer-mind-scanner

Spaceship - Benni Benassi Feat Kelis & Apl D.

The Robot - Recon & Sy

Lifting Me Higher - Dougal & Gammer
http://soundcloud.com/djgammer/dougal-gammer-lifting-me-higher

Pacific Sun - Darren Styles & Recon

Resensitize - Recon & Hixxy = Hixxy's heart is still holding up...

Manjari - Gammer & Recon = Anothing minimal thing.... Big beat and noises. Nice breakdown though... But it just drops into another minimal part...

I Want to be a Hippy - Technohead v Recon = Why do this?

Disc 2 -Ssqus-E

Stay - Squad-E = Wasnt this on aatw's first htid? A typical Squad-e track really. Nothing special, female vocals and a suitable melody makes up this track...

Now Or Never - Darren Styles = Very typical Styles track. Not overly sophisticated, and contains some average vocals from him....

Good Times (Squad-E & Klubfiller Remix) - Henry Blank = Heard this on the Clubland 17 CD. The vocals sound far too like Heaven by Sammy for my like lol, but the cheesy MC could win people over lol
http://soundcloud.com/klubfillerhardcore/good-times-squad-e-klubfiller-remix

Last Goodbye (Squad-E Remix) - Darren Hotchkiss = Cant see Squad-E doing much Darren didn't....
original:

Love Is On Fire (Squad-E Remix) - Italo Brothers = Tempo tweak. Done.
original:

Fireflies (Technikore Remix) - Jason Born = Did anyone actually think this'd get left out?

We Speak No Americano (Gammer Remix) - Yolanda Be Cool feat D Cup = Personally hate the track. Not much you have to do to make it hardcore. Gammers done very little different from anyone else, but its a popular track and suits his newly adopted minimal style....

Disc 3 - Remixes & Bootlegs

Loco (Technikore Remix) - Manian

In and Out Of Love (Hixxy, Sy & Unknown Remix) - Armin Van Burin

Bring It Back (Dougal & Gammer Remix) - Ultrabeat

Pass Out (Unknown Remix) - Candid = fail

Chicha Bomb (Sy & Unknown Remix) - Dan Balan

Don't Stop - Dan Winter

Stereo Love (DJ SY Remix) - Edward Maya

Dirty Love (Dougal & Gammer Remix) - Riskee

Nothing On You (Klubfiller Remix) - Jason Born

We Dance On (Sy & Unknown Remix) - N Dubz ft BodyRox

Crazy - Squad-E Feat Enemy

Symphonic - Darren Styles & Re-Con

Stuck On You (Klubfiller Remix) - Scooter = incorrect titling?

Tracklist looks weak.
And too similar to Clubland Extreme Hardcore.
Just naff, not worth it.

So umm....where's all the female vocals? I've noticed more and more tracks are being released either with no vocals, or awful male vocals.

Load of Clubland choons on here. Bet most of these choons will appear on the next Clubland X Treme Hardcore CD when it comes out.

No, I'm sure there will be an entirely new set of Clubland remixes by then. A lot of such tracks get made. The only overlap I can think of with the same track appearing on both a HTID and a CXH (excluding the Best of HTID disc on HTID1) is Claim To Recycle, probably because it was such an awesome track that Squad-E felt he had to include it on what was essentially his artist album for the year even though Styles had already featured it on CXH5.

Having a look I'm not really that taken with it myself. IMO the first HTID was the best, had enough good tracks to make it worthwhile buying the CD but after that it was a bit...meh not really interested in enough of the tracks. Let me know if there's anything really happy and uplifting though when it comes out!
